We've had 4 houses in Durham all serviced regularly by Triangle Heating and Cooling. Sometimes they rotate technicians but with an annual service plan you get to know them. All have been great and attentive to detail. Replaced entire system in recent home years ago and had a motor quit but replaced under warranty no questions asked.
